During my journey as a therapist I came across a variety of issues that my clients were facing which made me think critically about how physical, mental, emotional, financial and spiritually issues are manifested. They all had dysfunctional thoughts in common which subtly initiated various issues and due to lack of awareness, this dysfunctionality in thoughts created uncomfortable feelings and further created a downward spiral as it started manifesting real-life problems. In our therapy sessions we would be working on all areas of one’s life and we would focus not only on minimizing problems abut also on enhancing positive feelings as well.
